On June 8, 2026, Japan’s Economy, Trade and Industry State Minister Kenji Yamada visited the site of development on Green Innovation Fund Project of “Hydrogen Utilization in Iron and Steelmaking Processes”, Super COURSE50 experimental blast furnace at Nippon Steel’s East Nippon Works Kimitsu Area.
